(EASY WAY)
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups rough semolina.
- 3 cups milk.
- 1 cup yoghurt.
- 1 finger
butter(melt it).
- 1 cup sugar.
- cold syrup.
- 1 small spoon
sodium carbons(carbonat al sodium).
STEP
BY STEP:
- Mix them all together.
- Keep them for
two hours to ferment.
- Spread it in a
tray (square shape) and then put it in the oven until it gets the golden color.
- Take it out and pour the cold syrup immediately.
