(EASY WAY)

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups rough semolina.
  • 3 cups milk.
  • 1 cup yoghurt.
  • 1 finger butter(melt it).
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • cold syrup.
  • 1 small spoon sodium carbons(carbonat al sodium).

 


 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix them all together.
  2. Keep them for two hours to ferment.
  3. Spread it in a tray (square shape) and then put it in the oven until it gets the golden color.
  4. Take it out and pour the cold syrup immediately.
