WHEAT PUDDING
(BELEELA)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup burghol, medium grain.
- 3 cups of
water.
- 3/4 cup sugar.
- butter.
- 1 teaspoon
vanilla extract.
- 1 cup milk.
STEP
BY STEP:
- Boil the water, put in the burghol and sugar.
- Cover, and keep it for half an hour, until the burghol
is well-done.
- Put the vanilla and the milk, mix very well.
- Serve it in small bowls, sprinkle each bowl with sugar
and cinnamon, and top it with a large pat of butter.
