WHEAT PUDDING
(BELEELA)

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup burghol, medium grain.
  • 3 cups of water.
  • 3/4 cup sugar.
  • butter.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1 cup milk.

 


 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Boil the water, put in the burghol and sugar.
  2. Cover, and keep it for half an hour, until the burghol is well-done.
  3. Put the vanilla and the milk, mix very well.
  4. Serve it in small bowls, sprinkle each bowl with sugar and cinnamon, and top it with a large pat of butter.
