OMELETTE WITH TOMATOES
(MFARRAKET BANADORA)
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed.
- 4 green
onions, chopped.
- 3
tomatoes(remove the skin and slice them).
- 3 tablespoons
semne.
- salt.
- pepper.
- 4 eggs,
beaten.
- chopped
parsley.
STEP
BY STEP:
- Saute the onion in the semne until soft.
- Add the
tomatoes and the garlic, keep them for 7 minutes.
- Add some salt and pepper to the beaten eggs.
- Pour the eggs over the tomatoes.
- Reduce heat
and keep it until the eggs are well-done.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
