OMELETTE WITH TOMATOES
(MFARRAKET BANADORA)

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed.
  • 4 green onions, chopped.
  • 3 tomatoes(remove the skin and slice them).
  • 3 tablespoons semne.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
  • 4 eggs, beaten.
  • chopped parsley.

 


 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Saute the onion in the semne until soft.
  2. Add the tomatoes and the garlic, keep them for 7 minutes.
  3. Add some salt and pepper to the beaten eggs.
  4. Pour the eggs over the tomatoes.
  5. Reduce heat and keep it until the eggs are well-done.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
