POTATO CROQUETTES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon beaten egg.
- 4 large
potatoes peeled and cubed.
- 1 teaspoon
salt.
- 1/2 cup flour.
- 1/2 teaspoon
pepper.
- breadcrumbs.
STEP
BY STEP:
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes.
- Peel them and smash them in a large bowl.
- Add the eggs, flour, salt and pepper, and knead until
they become one mixture.
- Form balls about 4c.m , put the balls into the beaten
egg and then roll it in the breadcrumbs.
- You can keep them balls or you can form a hamburger
shape by pressing gently by using your two hands.
- Fry them in deep oil.
