POTATO CROQUETTES

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon beaten egg.
  • 4 large potatoes peeled and cubed.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 cup flour.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  • breadcrumbs.

 


 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes.
  2. Peel them and smash them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, flour, salt and pepper, and knead until they become one mixture.
  4. Form balls about 4c.m , put the balls into the beaten egg and then roll it in the breadcrumbs.
  5. You can keep them balls or you can form a hamburger shape by pressing gently by using your two hands.
  6. Fry them in deep oil.
