EGYPTIAN KEFTA

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs.
  •  800g finely ground lamb.
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced.
  • 1 onion, minced.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced.
  • 1+1/4 cups breadcrumbs.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander.
  • 1 tablespoon salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  • oil for frying.

 


 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except for the oil and keep them for 5 minutes to blend well.
  2. Form them to the shape you prefer, then fry them in the oil.
