EGYPTIAN KEFTA
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs.
- 800g finely
ground lamb.
- 1/4 cup
parsley, minced.
- 1 onion,
minced.
- 1 clove
garlic, minced.
- 1+1/4 cups
breadcrumbs.
- 1/2 teaspoon
cumin.
- 1/2 teaspoon
ground coriander.
- 1 tablespoon
salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon
mint.
- 1/2 teaspoon
pepper.
- oil for
frying.
STEP
BY STEP:
- Mix all the ingredients together except for the oil and keep
them for 5 minutes to blend well.
- Form them to the shape you prefer, then fry them in the
oil.
