MEAT OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs, beaten.
- 1/4 cup minced
onion.
- 300g ground
lamb or beef(fried).
- 1 small spoon
salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon
pepper.
- 1/2 cup
chopped parsley.
- semne.
STEP
BY STEP:
- Add all the remaining ingredients into the beaten eggs
and start mixing.
- Heat the semne, and add the egg mixture.
- Reduce heat, and cover the pan for about 20 minutes
until it gets browned on one side.
- Slip it onto a plate and return it to the pan upside
down, to color the under-side.
- Serve it on a flat dish, cut it into wedges.
