MEAT OMELETTE

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs, beaten.
  • 1/4 cup minced onion.
  • 300g ground lamb or beef(fried).
  • 1 small spoon salt.
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley.
  •  semne.

 


 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Add all the remaining ingredients into the beaten eggs and start mixing.
  2.  Heat the semne, and add the egg mixture.
  3.  Reduce heat, and cover the pan for about 20 minutes until it gets browned on one side.
  4. Slip it onto a plate and return it to the pan upside down, to color the under-side.
  5.  Serve it on a flat dish, cut it into wedges.
