CHEESE AND PARSLEY OMELETTE

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs beaten.
  • 300g white cheese, grated.
  • 1+1/2 cup chopped parsley.
  •  salt.
  • pepper.
  • olive oil for frying.

 


 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Add all the ingredients except the olive oil into the beaten eggs and mix them all together.
  2.  Heat the olive oil, and add the egg mixture, reduce heat, and cover the pan for about 20 minutes, until it gets browned on one side.
  3. Slip it onto a plate and return it to the pan upside down, to color the under-side.
  4. Serve it on a flat dish, cut it into wedges.
