PARSLEY OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs, beaten.
- 1 cup green
onions, chopped.
- 1+1/4 cups
minced parsley.
- 1 small clove
garlic, crushed with: 1 teaspoon salt.
- pepper.
- 1 small spoon
flour.
- 1/4 cup olive
oil for frying.
STEP
BY STEP:
- Add all the remaining ingredients into the beaten eggs
except the olive oil and mix them very well.
- Heat the olive oil first and then pour the mixture into
it.
- Reduce the heat and keep it until it is well-done.
- Serve it on a flat dish, cut it into wedges.
