PARSLEY OMELETTE

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs, beaten.
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped.
  • 1+1/4 cups minced parsley.
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed with: 1 teaspoon salt.
  • pepper.
  • 1 small spoon flour.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil for frying.

 


 STEP BY STEP:

  1. Add all the remaining ingredients into the beaten eggs except the olive oil and mix them very well.
  2. Heat the olive oil first and then pour the mixture into it.
  3. Reduce the heat and keep it until it is well-done.
  4. Serve it on a flat dish, cut it into wedges.
